Excel Tips – Picking the value from a column for the given row

Expected behavior:

1. If E4=3, then G4 should be 4 as C3=4
2. If E4=7, then G4 should be 2 as C7=2
3. …..

Use this formula in G4:

=INDIRECT(ADDRESS(E4,3))
